RABUSO: our values
At RABUSO, after 20 years in business, we highlight a set of values that define us and our work:
- Work and happiness: Create and maintain a working environment where you can be happy. Work on what you want to do so that your efforts feel meaningful and your achievements bring you genuine satisfaction.
- Your commitment, your project and your personal legacy: The projects and initiatives we carry out, or the problems we solve, help a community to grow and improve. This requires the commitment of our team, who wear and feel the colours of the association they work with, and sends a message to members to get involved and participate actively.
- Make it happen: Helping associations achieve their goals, in our case, often means finding ways to make things happen, testing ideas and initiatives so that proposals from governing bodies and working groups come to fruition.
- Don’t settle: The results of our work remain and endure. An event held, an interview published, a solution to a member’s problem… these are examples of work that is either done well or done poorly; that is why we always strive for excellence, to give the best of ourselves.
- By working together, we change the world: The development of a community, a sector, and the association that represents it, only happens if we learn to work together (institutions, companies and professionals). And for us, this is fundamental; association work is, by definition, teamwork.
- Everything must be profitable: We are a business, and it is our responsibility – to our members and staff, as well as to our clients – to ensure that the work we do is profitable. We must achieve a fair return on the work we do, so that we can grow, remain resilient and adapt to constant change.
