Nowadays, to get an effective communication with the related professionals is very important in the business world.

Business communication to attract and retain clients, horizontal intern communication, but also vertical in order to get the communication works well inside of a company, corporate communication to say the society who we are and who we do, communication, communication, communication…

But, does this communication always work?

Normally it does, but sometimes it fails.

One of the more common mistakes is known as “the curse knowledge”. That happens when a person with a broad knowledge in a subject has problems to state himself about it.

This mistake occurs with doctors or informatics, where patients and clients do not understand what happens with their body or with their PCs.

The explication is the tool to change the definitions into reasons; it is not to explain what, it is to explain why.

Any good explication turns around a good knowledge by the listener, and understanding this knowledge, the explication has to be adapted to that listener.

The links between the message and ideas the listener knows can be used to ensure the message is understandable.
