Closed for holidays!

After a very intense first half of the year, during which we have made great progress in our work and carried out some very interesting projects—such as events, publications, interviews—we will be closing the office for a well-deserved break from August 2nd to 17th.

A few days ago, we took the photo above, which opens this post, just before our summer team lunch and as preparation for the last two weeks of July, during which we have intensive training sessions.

We will gradually return on August 18th, full of projects and plans.

On August 21st, we plan to have a first 2026 planning session to start defining the milestones for the new season beginning in September.

And on August 27th, we will begin the preliminary audit for ISO certifications.

Although, as a company, we have numerous internal processes for various work areas, this year we set the goal of obtaining ISO certification, starting with ISO 9001 and then, next year, ISO 27001.

Our aim is to complete everything this year to be certified in January 2026 according to ISO 9001:2026, which includes some updates related to process digitalization compared to the 2015 version.

Most importantly, we are paving the way for ISO 27001 certification, planned for 2026.

The main goal of ISO 27001 is to protect information against threats and cyberattacks, as well as to guarantee its confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

All this will lead us to implement changes and improvements (including some office renovations), and it may require us to be stricter in certain aspects—but we expect these steps will help us improve as a company and, therefore, provide better service to the associations.

There are more updates, such as the fact that we have expanded the number of associations we manage, so we are growing as a company and as a team—but you’ll see that soon enough.

We are going on vacation full of energy because these months have been intense but also very rewarding.
