Time is the most relevant intangible asset. It equals everyone, that’s why it is key to be able to optimize our time eveyday. Time management is planning and organizing it in a productive and efficient way.<\/p>\n

A correct time management needs to follow the next steps:<\/p>\n

1. Identify (establish objectives and priorities)<\/h3>\n

It is key to define what we want to archieve. Without a clear objective, our time will pass without us knowing that to do. The objective is our compass, it will guide us in the most difficult times. Our goal is the engine that sets everyting in motion.<\/p>\n

2. Planning and evaluation (creating a plan, a method, to complete the objectives)<\/h3>\n

Planning is essential. A very common mistake is skimping on the time required in planning. This is a quiet moment, a concentration moment, and it will save us time afterwards, because we will know anytime what do we have to do. There are a lot of tools nowadays to help us on our planning to do it effectively.<\/p>\n

3. Implementation and evaluation<\/h3>\n

It’s time to start moving. In order to implement the plan, it is essential to lock time to execute the tasks. Differencing between urgent and important, and prioritizing will be key to successfully execute our plan.<\/p>\n

As a consequence of following this steps, even thought the multiple obstacles we might find during its development, we will increase our productivity.<\/p>\n

The productivity are the results obtained divided betweet the resources invested. With that formula, we can measure our efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

There are a lot of studies that highlight that with thw 20% of our actions, effort or time, we can archieve the 80% of our results, clients or income. That’s why we can make the difference\u00a0 with a better result using the othe 80% of our time and effort.<\/p>\n
