It is a different approach on the service design that is focused on clients and not as much on the organizations which produce these products or services.<\/p>\n

We create a design where the most important thing is to turn the expectations into satisfactory experiences.<\/p>\n

There are 5 principles:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. User-center: it is focused on the user and their needs<\/li>\n
  2. Co-creative: all the interested parts involved in their design participate<\/li>\n
  3. Sequential: the design process follows a defined sequence<\/li>\n
  4. It contains evidences<\/li>\n
  5. Holistic<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How does it work?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    It is an interactive process, there are 4 periods:<\/p>\n

    1. Exploration \u2013 Discovery<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The aim is to identify the real issue that must be solved, always from the consumer perspective<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Creation \u2013 Concept design<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The basis of this period is co-creation. A prototype of design is created.<\/p>\n

        1. Reflection \u2013 We reflect the found ideas and problems<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          With these results we could modify on time our service design, according to the client\u2019s tastes.<\/p>\n

          1. Implementation \u2013 Launch<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The last period consists in launching the service. We must review the design process and learn from the mistake we made.<\/p>\n
